Book signing at BIBLIOTHECA on 30 July
The internationally renowned British photographer Jamie Hawkesworth will be coming to Japan to hold a book signing at the BIBLIOTHECA book space on the 7th floor of Dover Street Market Ginza on 30 July.
This will be Jamie Hawkesworth's first visit to Japan in three years, since his solo exhibition in Japan in 2019, and is the first book signing in Japan in conjunction with his books THE BRITISH ISLES (2021, MACK) and TO THE ANTARCTIC (2021, self-published), which were recently published.

Jamie Hawkesworth was born in 1987 in Suffolk, UK. After working as an assistant to a documentary photographer, he met stylist Benjamin Bruno and began working as a fashion photographer.
He has worked on the campaign for J.W.Anderson for Autumn/Winter 2013-2014, as well as editorial work for numerous fashion brands, including LOEWE, Alexander McQUEEN and miu miu, and for culture and fashion magazines.
He is highly regarded as one of the leading photographers of his generation, using a unique perspective and way of observing his subjects, and a sensitive and playful expression.
