UNDERCOVER's Iconic GILAPPLE Turns into a Macho Man

GILAPPLE is an apple motif lamp from a photo book featuring GRACE, a character created by UNDERCOVER designer Jun Takahashi. A variety of GILAPPLE motif products have been released by Medicom Toys over the years and have gained popularity.

In collaboration with magma, the artist unit formed by Jun Sugiyama and Kenichi Miyazawa, who combine various materials such as scrap wood, resin and electrical equipment to create an art piece, the "GILAPPLE LIGHT MAN" a large figure featuring GILAPPLE LIGHT on its head, and the "GILAPPLE LIGHT HAND KEYCHAIN" holding GILAPPLE LIGHT in its hand has been released. Both have a mix of UNDERCOVER-style quirkiness and magma’s analogue feel.

The GILAPPLE LIGHT MAN figure is only one item for each color available in white, red, blue and black, while the GILAPPLE LIGHT HAND KEYCHAIN also comes in the same four colors. The stockists of each item are as listed below.
