A new outdoor complex run by Transit General Office

FOLKWOOD VILLAGE Yatsugatake, a complex that fully covers current lifestyle trends such as camping, workcation, saunas and shopping for outdoor items, will open this autumn in Kobuchisawa, Yamanashi.

Transit General Office, which runs about 110 cafés and restaurants mainly in Tokyo, will operate this site. The outdoor complex opening with a "Delicious Camping" theme, will be one of the largest complexes by the company, covering a vast area of approximately 1,860㎡.

Alongside camping and accommodation, a variety of content is also planned to open, including outdoor saunas, outdoor shops, workcation facilities and playgrounds, and major names are lined up in the collaboration partners.

The sauna facility directed by sauna builder and president of The Sauna, Noda Klaxon Baby, and RV campgrounds area is developed by FLEX, a company known for selling used 4WD vehicles, for car lovers & outdoor enthusiasts. The workcation facilities have been created by REALGATE, a company that plans, operates and manages more than 60 creative offices and tailor-made offices in the city center. Each professional is involved in this project, making it an ambitious and new complex.

Surrounded by the rich nature of the Yatsugatake Mountains and the Southern Alps, it will attract both outdoor enthusiasts and sauna lovers as it is also conveniently located just two hours drive from the Tokyo area and five minutes from the Kobuchizawa Interchange. The grand opening is scheduled for 30 September.
